Client Information
Our Therapyworks office is located in The Newberry Wellness Center at 128 Newberry Ave, Libertyville, IL.
This easy to reach location across from the parking lot of the Liberty Theatre on Milwaukee Avenue (Route 21) offers a "homey" atmosphere that is more low-key and relaxing than other more sterile and impersonal clinics and larger practices.
How do I make an Appointment?
If you would like to make an appointment for therapy or coaching, call our office (847) 680 – 0272. We will either answer directly or your call will be taken by voicemail.
New Client Packets provide you with further information about therapy and contain important forms to complete before your first appointment.
Directions:
Coming from North of Libertyville:
Go South on Milwaukee Avenue past Winchester Road into the downtown area of Libertyville. After the railroad tracks, take the first left onto Newberry Avenue (immediately before the Liberty Theatre). The Newberry Wellness Center is the first house on the left. It is a blue building. There is parking in the back. Come in the side entrance and go downstairs to the lower level.
Once you are on the lower level, you do not go into another suite--just wait
for us to greet you in the waiting room.
Coming from South of Libertyville:
Go North on Milwaukee Avenue into the downtown area of Libertyville. Turn right immediately after the Liberty Theatre onto Newberry Avenue. The Newberry Wellness Center is the first house on the left. It is a blue building. There is parking in the back. Come in the side entrance and go downstairs to the lower level.
Once you are on the lower level, you do not go into another suite--just wait
